| We believe the Bible to be the inspired,
infallible, ultimately authoritative Word of God in all matters of faith and practice. |
| We believe there is one God, eternally existent
in the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. |
| We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ.
That He is the only way to salvation, the Son of God, born of a virgin; that He performed
miracles; that He lived a sinless life; that He redeemed us by His atoning death through
His shed blood on the Cross. That He was bodily resurrected, and; that He ascended to the
right hand of the Father where He is now our High Priest and Advocate. |
| We believe in the total inability of man to save
himself through human effort, that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life:
no man cometh unto the Father, but by him. (Jn 14:6) |
| We believe that men are saved through their
confession of faith in Jesus Christ which is accompanied by complete surrender to God and
repentance from sin through the power of the Holy Spirit. |
| We believe in the present ministry of the Holy
Spirit, who by indwelling the Christian has empowered them to witness and to live a
victorious life and by whose administration the Christian Church receives miraculous gifts
and ministries in this present day. |
| We believe in the
catching away of believers in Christ from the earth (also known as the "blessed
hope" or rapture) |
| We believe in the second
coming of Jesus Christ to the earth, coming with his triumphant church to rule and reign
for a thousand years |
| We believe in the bodily resurrection of the
dead; the believer to eternal life and the unbeliever to eternal damnation (John
5:28 -29). |
| We believe every Christian will stand before the
judgment seat of Christ to give account of the stewardship of their earthly life. |
| We believe every sinner shall stand before God at
the Great White Throne Judgment to give account of the deeds done in this life as recorded
in the books (Rev. 20:11-15). Those whose
names are not found in the Book of Life will be cast into the Lake of Fire. |
